Region of Waterloo International Airport

The Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF) is a customer friendly facility located 45 minutes west of Toronto in the heart of Canada's Technology Triangle. The airport is centrally located alongside Highway 401 in the Township of Woolwich and bordered by the cities of Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo.

Presently providing daily non-stop flights between Waterloo Region and: Chicago with American Airlines providing connections to over 250 destinations in 40 countries, Ottawa with Bearskin Airlines, and to Calgary with WestJet.

In addition, Sunwing Airlines will return with weekly service between Waterloo Region and Cancun, Mexico effective December 23, 2013.

The airport is classified as an Airport of Entry by the Canadian Border Services Agency and is home to a number of Aviation related businesses including: corporate aircraft charter, refueling, air cargo, avionics, helicopter (rotary wing) and aircraft (fixed wing) flight training.
