Jeff Sheppard

Jeff Sheppard is a local REALTOR® who was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario and has seen firsthand the immense growth the community has experienced over the years. From the manufacturing and farming of the 70's and 80's, to an ever-changing tech hub, Waterloo Region is growing and evolving at a rapid pace, which makes it a fun and exciting place to live.

Jeff's passion for the community and eagerness to get involved started as a teenager with his volunteering at the Forest Heights community center. His volunteering spirit has grown over the years to his current involvement with Kitchener/Waterloo Oktoberfest, United Way K-W, and The Greater Kitchener/Waterloo Chamber of Commerce. Jeff is always ready to share his ideas and passion about the community.

Having worked in both the Transportation and Music industry, Jeff decided to change focus in 2007 and become a Realtor. This has been an excellent choice for Jeff because it allows him more time to use both his passion to help others and his ability to give back to the community.

As a REALTOR®, Jeff feels as though he is an ambassador for the region and shares many of the great features this region has to offer. As a Real Estate Professional, Jeff's focus is on educating his buyers and sellers so they are knowledgeable and can make better choices when moving into their next home.
